1. 30 yrs teaching experience in AP & TS State govt service; ESIC medical college, Sanath Nagar
2. Established microsurgery & Onco reconstruction in MNJ Institute of Oncology.
3. ⁠started & established the dept of plastic and reconstructive surgery; MCh teaching program in ESIC medical college & super specialty hospital; first time in ESI corporation.
4. Visiting Professor to the Dept of Reconstructive Microsurgery – Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Taiwan 2010
5. Started and Conducted Seven Cadaveric dissection courses on soft embalmed cadavers and three microsurgical skills courses with chicken legs Which benefitted More than 100 young plastic surgery trainees.
